Recently bought a car at 10989 after a fight to get the price down the the internet price of 9999 and we bought two cars that day from this dealership. Really enjoy the new car. The lifetime warranty on the power train and maintenance packs they offer is what made me stay and buy their cars. I did enjoy our salesperson and finance person. More

Expectations unmet Nikki was nice & courteous. However, I shouldn't have to stop back in to pick up a check that should have been mailed out a month prior because th Nikki was nice & courteous. However, I shouldn't have to stop back in to pick up a check that should have been mailed out a month prior because the check was never cut. I shouldn't have to pay more than sticker price for the car that I really want. I shouldn't have to dig back through my paperwork to see that the balance that I had from my prior vehicle was in fact carried forward instead of being "taken care of" as was insisted the day of purchase. I shouldn't have to hear "You're still here?" by employees as I'm waiting on finance because the whole process takes too long. Maybe my expectations are too high but buying a car from a dealership remains one of the worst experiences we have to deal with. This one was no different. More

Bait and Switch Great initial quote - about $2500 less than my local dealer - but when I asked for an out the door quote they were $1000 MORE than my local dealer! Of course it wasn't itemized so all I can assume is the "Window Tint, Nitrogen fill and 1 year key replacement" are really expensive. Price went from $22,373 to $24,890 with just those changes. Always get an OTD quote and this proves why - prevents me getting sucked into false upfront prices... More

Very Disappointed I bought a Used 2013 Hyundai Sonata and only recieved 1 set of keys. I was told that I could purchase another get for 200.00. I should have gotten 2 s I bought a Used 2013 Hyundai Sonata and only recieved 1 set of keys. I was told that I could purchase another get for 200.00. I should have gotten 2 sets of keys at no extra cost. The car was 12,000, by the time they where done with everything the car will cost me 22,000. I also text the salesmen and never got a reply back. So when you are buying a car here everyone if friendly but when you are not happy you are ignored. I am happy with the car. More
