Ms. Paul was very professional and knowledgeable about the SUV we purchased. She was able locate a vehicle for us promptly in a market where cars are hard to find. We would use her services in the future. the SUV we purchased. She was able locate a vehicle for us promptly in a market where cars are hard to find. We would use her services in the future. More

Nina made purchasing a car super easy. We came to the car dealership late but she took her time and explained the product well. She was very professional. Great customer service. Felt like just a number to the sales department. If there wasn't immediate dollars to be made or a guaranteed commission, just got ignored. Was annoyed to the point where I had decided I was going If there wasn't immediate dollars to be made or a guaranteed commission, just got ignored. Was annoyed to the point where I had decided I was going to just forget Lexus and purchase another brand. Felt like a circus when I was trying to deal with Aaron and his assistant. A sales call from Sal the sales manager and communication with Nina helped. I had looked forward to meeting Nina as she said she would come in to meet me on her day off because I wasn't able to make it on Saturday. I didn't want her to have to do that on her day off, but I was pleased that it seemed like someone was willing to go above and beyond. And then, she was a no show. I was passed off to yet another person. I was actually considering just walking out, as I was tired of the lack of sincerity. But, Gonzo seemed eager to help and wanting to make sure things went smoothly. The dealership itself was spread out and a little confusing. The break area was not as nice as other dealerships I had visited. Never had a chance to see the service department. There were some people that seemed to show interest in the customer and talk to them like a person as opposed to just a payday. The girl that greeted me in the front entrance was nice, as well. I did not get her name. I would guess she was European and possibly Ukranian? And then the other young lady behind the desk also was helpful. Finance...forgetting his name at the moment, I believe it was Boris....very smooth and stress free experience. Also, very straightforward about everything. Honestly, if it wasn't for the condition of the market, lack of inventory locally, and other dealers not willing to even lower the sticker price a dollar, I probably would not have purchased from here. Wasn't the best experience I've had with a dealership, but it wasn't the worst, either. More

I had a great experience at the dealership except for the final process with the Fiance Agent (Bruno) He verbally stated that the 1st maintenance will be at 5000 miles, however when he presented the paperwor final process with the Fiance Agent (Bruno) He verbally stated that the 1st maintenance will be at 5000 miles, however when he presented the paperwork for me to sign, 10,000 miles was on the form. He stated that it was in the system that way but when we go for maintenance, the dealership will accept verbally and allow the 5,000 miles. After we refused to sign, he became angry, stormed out of the office, and came back and said, "I found a way to change it " He was rude, did not apologize and say that this was a mistake. More
