Noah was great to work with when buying the car, but we quickly realized that the air conditioning didn't work properly. Took it into a nearby Honda dealership (as the vehicle is a Honda odyssey), and they quickly realized that the air conditioning didn't work properly. Took it into a nearby Honda dealership (as the vehicle is a Honda odyssey), and they quoted us at $4,500 of work needing to be done. Turns out $3,000 of it was routine maintenance, with the rest being a fix to the a/c, new brake pads, brake fluid flush, and rotor replacement. Got in contact with Bruce at Oakes Kia, who interrupted me when I tried to talk and said that buying a used vehicle is "always a risk". He had me bring in the vehicle to be looked at, and then I didn't hear from him again. After talking to the service department, they agreed that these things needed to be done, but said they would only fix the a/c. A really unfortunate experience. More

Granted I bought a used car, not a KIA, but the sales person, Noah, was kind and knowledgeable. My problem, as expected, was the finance manager and his attempts to sell me an extended warranty that was person, Noah, was kind and knowledgeable. My problem, as expected, was the finance manager and his attempts to sell me an extended warranty that was $3800 and ran concurrent with the manufacturers 5 year 50,000 mile, bumper to bumper warranty. Also, it irritated me that the dealership wasn't willing to give me my 2nd key fab because they were waiting on paperwork from the state of Kansas on the trade-in from the original owner. I don't give a xxxx about the dealer paperwork. I signed a contract with them and a 36 month note with a lender, through the dealership... the car was mine. GIVE ME "MY" KEY FAB!!! More

When I bought my “New“ car I was not informed that it had over 900 miles on it already. I only learned this as I was closing with the finance officer.
