I was feeling that something was wrong bc it was not driving the same. Meanwhile Norman gave me a free rental knowing that I had to go to work. Norman in numerous times have been looking out for me and I just to express to Toyota Fletcher management team that you have an amazing staff member that cares and who is honest. I had not eaten at their Cafe and decided to give them a try. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, bacon on cuban bread pressed. I have to say that it was THE BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICH I have had in a long time!! The only problem was that my eyes were bigger than my stomach so I HAD TO EAT THE ENTIRE THING, so no lunch for me!! The staff was friendly, professional, and eager to please your taste buds! Thank you so much for the great sandwich to go with my free coffee!!

If you want to work with an advisor who will do what is best for you, knows what he’s talking about and will make sure your vehicle is serviced properly and timely, then Norman Vassell is the man.
Toyota Of Tampa Bay have superior technicians and mechanics. I have not yet come across an issue that they cannot resolve. They also maintenance your vehicle in a timely manner and without incident.
