Purchasing a new vehicle isn’t something I necessarily enjoy but my experience with Novy at Kia of Columbia was a very pleasant one. Novy answered all of our questions and we didn’t feel pressured to purc enjoy but my experience with Novy at Kia of Columbia was a very pleasant one. I have made multiple purchases from Kia of Columbia, and Novy Foland has been my sales person for every one. But this time he really went above and beyond! I live over two hours away from the dealership and Novy Foland has been my sales person for every one. But this time he really went above and beyond! I live over two hours away from the dealership and had totaled my previous car. Novy and I discussed a couple options, then he made a video of this great Cadenza for me to ensure I liked it. Then, on his day off no less, he drove to my home, helped me run a couple errands, then drove me back to Columbia to finish the paperwork. That's dedication there! More
