Diehl is a mess, I didn't even deal with the sales department and actually was there for Hyundai service. I have no idea who Olivia Gehring is so why am I forced to rate her? I came in for an oil chan department and actually was there for Hyundai service. I have no idea who Olivia Gehring is so why am I forced to rate her? I came in for an oil change and 4 spark plugs, the bill was almost 400.00. So I guess It's pretty self-explanatory to my rating. I have also had issues with your Ford dealer. My truck sat there for 2 months and I had to pick it up and drive it to another dealer 45 minutes away to get service. That dealer got the truck in the next day and ordered parts. I don't plan on coming back. I guess the 200 k I spent in new trucks since 2020 isn't enough money to be concerned about my business. More

I dropped off my SUV off on Monday evening and never got it back until Thursday. They had to order parts. I told them to fix the light. That has been on for my washer fluid. It was not fixed. The clock was it back until Thursday. They had to order parts. I told them to fix the light. That has been on for my washer fluid. It was not fixed. Please change the TV to something other than news. No one wants to listen to propaganda from the government. The best part about my experience bringing this car to your shop is I will never buy a Hyun No one wants to listen to propaganda from the government. The best part about my experience bringing this car to your shop is I will never buy a Hyundai or a Kia. Glad the car is not mine and the government proves how ridiculous they are buying cheap cars. If you are reading reviews to determine if you are making a wise choice I hope you read this one and go buy better built, longer lasting automobile. More
