Diehl is a mess, I didn't even deal with the sales department and actually was there for Hyundai service. I have no idea who Olivia Gehring is so why am I forced to rate her? I came in for an oil change and 4 spark plugs, the bill was almost 400.00. So I guess It's pretty self-explanatory to my rating. I have also had issues with your Ford dealer. My truck sat there for 2 months and I had to pick it up and drive it to another dealer 45 minutes away to get service. That dealer got the truck in the next day and ordered parts. I don't plan on coming back. I guess the 200 k I spent in new trucks since 2020 isn't enough money to be concerned about my business. More

I dropped off my SUV off on Monday evening and never got it back until Thursday. They had to order parts. I told them to fix the light. That has been on for my washer fluid. It was not fixed.
