Olivia was great. Answered all are questions, and made us at ease. At last minute, interest rate was dropped to make an extended warranty sale. Why wasn’t we given that rate at the beginning of sale? So, would definitively recommend any potential customers to talk to Olivia, but line up loan somewhere else. More
