Orlando Rodriguez was so easy to work with and got us through the process without any trouble. We found a 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited with all of the bells and whistles. More than we ever thought we would find, but we are so glad Orlando spent the time to show us several options and we were able to find a perfect fit for our family. The finance process was extremely easy. Jonathan Frisby got us through it very smoothly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and personable, which made it a comfortable and stress free purchase. More

No pressure and very respectful experience We had gotten a Consumer Reports guaranteed quote from them so we knew exactly what the bottom line was so there was no hassling. There was a little discussion on that which was worked out very quickly to everyone's satisfaction. Justin Moore was our salesperson and he was very patient and respectful. It did take four hours to cover everything and that included Justin pairing our cell phone to the car and instructing us on how to use most of the extras! The paperwork and listening to the sales pitch on the extended warranties took awhile but we felt to pressure to purchase these extras. We definitely will keep this dealership in mind when purchasing our next car and we highly recommend them. More

Both experiences were straight forward, no crazy games between the sales staff and manager about price, trade in, etc. Now that said, negotiation is still on the table and I did just that each time, but they do their best to get you the right price the first time. I worked with Alex Tamer both times and he is a good experienced salesman. He wants the customer to be happy with the deal and works for you to make it happen. Alex is very good at making sure you understand everything about the transaction, then afterwards, explaining the operation of your vehicle. I highly recommend Don Mealy Sport Subaru, they are very customer oriented and their Service Department are very professional and provide great service to your new Subaru. More

I went back in after talking to David Roman and to my happiness, Trevor Jeffrey was still there and just as helpful as ever! He got me rolling out in a brand new 2017 Subaru Forester Premium that I really enjoy, and the car-buying experience was definitely hassle-free. I knew what I wanted, and he and his team (Orlando, Chad, and Justin) helped me get it at the rate that I needed. I even had a couple of things I needed removed from my trade-in and added to the new car, and Kamal, Jean, and team quickly made all of the necessary changes while I waited to sign final paperwork. Excellent work all around, and I hope to still see all of them at the dealership for a good long while! More

Better Than Your Average Dealer Experience Orlando was very easy to work with and no pressure. I normally prefer to shop with Mastro Subaru but Sport Subaru is a good option as well. Excellent no-pressure car buying experience(s). My father, girlfriend, son, and myself were all in the market for new vehicles. It just so happens that’s how the timing was. The decision was easy up front to buy the safest car on the road— a Subaru. My father not being familiar with Subaru wanted to see other brands so we shopped around, but ultimately he saw the appeal of a Subaru and loves his Outback Touring 3.6R with EyeSight. He doesn’t miss his old car of 13 years one bit. My girlfriend being a very long-time Subaru driver needed no convincing at all to get another Outback Limited 2.5i with EyeSight. My son is extremely pleased with his new CrossTrek Premium with EyeSight. He gets it now! For myself I got my second Subaru and it’s an Outback Limited 3.6R with EyeSight. I drove a Subaru XT Turbo back in the mid 80’s and I have driven other brand cars since then, but here I am back to Subaru and loving it. My father was the first to buy so we ended up at Sport Subaru in Orlando and were pleasantly greeted by Alejandra Quintero. She showed us features of different trim packages and the choice was clear that whatever model is chosen, get the EyeSight package. Working with Alejandra was pleasant and with no pressure. Choosing colors and features and making the deal can be time consuming but Alejandra was patient, sweet, pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. Indeed it became a team effort so that everyone was happy with the end result. Everyone at Sport Subaru works as a cohesive team and all were very pleasant to deal with. This was without a doubt the best car-buying experience I’ve had. So much so that I was present for each of the four Subaru purchases. My advice to the reader of this review looking to buy a Subaru is to just head over to Sport Subaru in Orlando and ask for Alejandra. 5-Stars from beginning to end. More
