I was disappointed the first time since when I got to the dealer they said they did not gave the loaner car that they had promised me. I had to leave abd return another day. The service itself was satisfactory but for the second time in a year I was told that my front tires were in the “red” and needed to be replaced. My tires are rated for 80,000 miles and have only 30,000 time in a year I was told that my front tires were in the “red” and needed to be replaced. My tires are rated for 80,000 miles and have only 30,000 miles on it so I questioned their recommendation. I returned to the place where I purchased my tires and they measured the tread on them and it was significantly different from what the Mercedes dealership told me. The tire shop said I had at least 15,000-20,000 miles on them before they needed to be replaced. I’m very disappointed that Mercedes tried to “upsell” me and possibly take advantage of me because I am a woman. Again this happened not only during my recent service, but also the previous service that I had over 6-months ago. I would caution anyone that gets their car serviced there. Very unethical practices.
