Jay and his team in service were fantastic when servicing my car prior to my lease trade in. When it came time to lease my new car, John Fitzpatrick was friendly, and very fair to deal with. He didn't try to "sell" me a car, he advised me on my options, and on pricing, and allowed me to ask questions, think things over, and take my time with a leasing decision. I've dealt with Honda Cars of Boston for 12+ years, and even though I live a mile from another Honda dealer, I continue to go back to Honda Cars of Boston for my sales/leasing and service - the quality of the people and the service is THAT good. More

Our Honda Accord lease was ending and my husband and I were debating whether to renew, buy-out, get another lease or a different car altogether. We decided to stay with Honda. We have been dealing with John Fitzpatrick ("Fitzi"). As usual John was very extremely helpful, upfront and above all honest. It was extremely crowded in the dealership but John and Bob Blacker the Manager catered to our needs bringing out different vehicles for me to test drive in very very cold weather. 3 vehicles later I decided on the CRV and finally the color! This is why I will continue to keep buying Honda's at Honda Cars of Everett. Thank you for your assistance guys. More

I have been purchasing vehicles for myself and family for over 30 years. I was exhausted with the car salesmen & woman philosophy in my immediate area in the Harvard MA, area. With all the educational m for over 30 years. I was exhausted with the car salesmen & woman philosophy in my immediate area in the Harvard MA, area. With all the educational material online, I was clearly able to recognize what the actual value of my trade in would be and what the lowest price on a new vehicle (Honda CRV EX-L AWD w/ NAV) should be, without it being aggravating. So this friend through a friend recommended Honda of Everett. I contacted one of the owners Paul Giacchino and he assured us we would have a no nonsense, pleasurable experience. He provide us with the lowest price during our initial discussion. Then as promised and without hours of negotiating and gave us the amount we requested on the trade in. Other dealers were much higher on the vehicle and in some cases 2000.00 less on our trade in. Then the sales man, John Fitzpatrick was assigned to us and his greatest attribute was adhering to our guidelines of no nonsense while the customer service was second to none as he communicated with us during each step. John went above and beyond recognizing that we were intelligent customers whom deserved to be treated as customers not a pay check. He called us even after we left the dealership to make sure we made it home safely and enjoyed the new vehicle. Oscar Calcedo in financing which is the second hurdle every customer dreads was handled professionally and with the customer in mind. The Honda CRV EX-L w/NAV & AWD, was prepped and ready to drive upon our arrival. Paul Giacchino, even took the time to come down to greet us and discuss our choice. The entire process has made us not fear the car buying process in the future. As we will only go back to them for future Honda's. Buying a Honda is a no-brainer, but not all Honda dealerships make buying a car an experience that doesn't make you want to put a bullet through your head. Honda Cars of Boston is stellar, plain and dealerships make buying a car an experience that doesn't make you want to put a bullet through your head. Honda Cars of Boston is stellar, plain and simple. John Fitzi is as friendly and knowledgable a salesman as you'll ever find. He knows his stuff and seems to read people well. He knew I was already convinced on Honda, so he didn't push me or try to "sell" me on any specific model. He listened --omg! A salesman who listens!-- to what I wanted and answered every question I had. I liked him. A lot. I also liked Joe Avilla, Fitzi's manager. He worked with us to get to a place where we felt we were getting a good deal and investing in a vehicle that would serve our needs. Again--likable guy. Knew his job and did it we'll. Oscar Caicedo in financing was the same. Personable, professional, and patient. Did his job we'll and made me feel like my satisfaction mattered to him. Each of these men individually did his job with confidence and efficiency, and that made buying a car as painless as possible. But it also makes the staff at Honda Cars of Boston a great team. Today was a good day, and I appreciated the courtesy I was shown. I felt not like these guys wanted to sell me a car, but that they wanted me to find a car I would be happy to drive. There's a big difference there. I am a Honda lifer, and as long as I live in this region, Honda Cars of Boston will get my business. They earned it. More

We recently purchased a Honda Pilot form this dealership. We were greeted by friendly and professional staff members. Oscar was very helpful with the loan process. He took the time to take us step by step through the process of the purchase of the car. He did this all with grace and professionalism no matter how many questions we through at him. Keith is a wealth of knowledge on both the inside and outside of the car. He spent more than enough time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the car before leaving the lot. He went into great detail about all the buttons inside the car. He did all this with a smile! How nice to leave a dealership with the confidence and kindness of this team behind you. It was a great pleasure doing business with this dealership and would do it all over again. Great job to all of you !!! More

We had a very good experience! Car quoted was there. Both Roberto and John were helpful and accommodated our request to check the car with our own mechanic, always a good sign. I originally wanted to buy from Muhammad and Honda Cars of Boston because they treated me so well the first time I visited, but had to stick with the lower price offered by Bernardi. It just so happened that right when I was about to pull the plug and buy from Bernardi, a last minute call from Muhammad had me driving back up to Everett where I ultimately purchased a car. I could not be happier than to give the sale to someone I liked and who treated me with honesty and respect. I'll be looking for Muhammad in a few years when I buy my next car. Oscar Caicedo - Oscar is a straight forward and truly nice guy. He worked with me to get me the price that I wanted and was really cool in the process. Honda Cars Of Boston - The dealership doesn't look like the standard Honda moon base with the fancy futurist show room, but what it doesn't have in aesthetic appeal, it makes up for with friendly staff. I went to three dealerships in total and ended up buying from Honda Cars of Boston. I got a solid car in superb condition (as promised) at a great price. I'll be back for my next Honda! More
