My Nx 300 has a recall since October 2020, they doesn’t have the part but also they can afford a loner the best they can do is a rental that is by there dealership and I’m from Miami. Was charged for cabin air filter $49.99 which is suppose to be “free” with a dealer recommended services which i had. Tried to clarify with service advisor , he said he wasnt aware of the promo.
