The instructions for “drop box” use were very confusing. Even the person who made my appointment wasn’t sure about the procedure. After I received a text asking me to reschedule my “missed appointment” I ca Even the person who made my appointment wasn’t sure about the procedure. After I received a text asking me to reschedule my “missed appointment” I called to inquire how that was possible since I dropped my truck off that morning. For hours after my missed appointment they FINALLY located my truck that was parked right by the service entrance. After all that nonsense they couldn’t fix the truck they sold me because they can’t do warranty work on a Ram 1500. Having said all that, Owen was able to speak to me like an adult, explained everything in detail and was very respectful. Nothing even close can be said for the mean person who took the initial call. Whoever that person is should NOT be in customer service. Constantly interrupting me when answering their questions, talking down to me - totally unacceptable. Owen and Rich in the service department are the bright spots here. More

We have been taking our cars to Advantage for service since 2009. Unfortunately, this will be our last GM vehicle. They will no longer be making sedans in the US after November 2024. I had contact only with Owen Suarez coming in and going out. He was highly professional, helpful, courteous and highly knowledgeable with my car issues. I was provided with a loaner car overnight. So glad out. He was highly professional, helpful, courteous and highly knowledgeable with my car issues. I was provided with a loaner car overnight. So glad I still had an extended warranty which was honored. Service was great as always. Very pleased! More

Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins work every hard to find out what the problem was with the trailer brake control. They told me that I would need to bring the trailer in with the truck to find out what the p out what the problem was with the trailer brake control. They told me that I would need to bring the trailer in with the truck to find out what the problem was. So I did bring the trailer and truck in and they sand me over to the truck center and had Chris Wetzel check out the brake controller problem it turned out that the cluster panel was bad. So they order a new cluster panel and installed it the problem has been resolved trailer brakes are working fine! More
