Looking for the right car made easy My wife and I were looking to purchase a late model used Mustang convertible GT. I saw one on the Uftring Automall website that was very close to the car I was looking for. We drove from the quad cities to East Peoria, about 90 miles, to test drive the car. The car was completely detailed and sitting right out front waiting for our arrival. P.J. Adair came out to introduce himself and let us take the car for a test drive. We decided that we wanted some additional features on the car so PJ scanned over 600 dealerships to try and find what we were looking for. Since there was nothing out there already built, we decided to order a new car from the factory. PJ was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features and helped us to select the options that would make this our dream car. I normally would not have purchased a new car from a dealer that was 90 miles away from where I live but PJ was such a great salesman and Mustang advocate I did not want to purchase the car from anyone else. I have only had the car for two weeks but I still have a huge smile when I start the engine and hear the Mustang rumble. More

Everyone who I dealt with at Uftring was very friendly and professional . PJ promptly called me after I inquired through the Costco program. He was able to locate the car I wanted with all the options. Utring is one of the only Local dealership who participate in the Costco program. I was given a very good price without all the hassle or negotiations. PJ spent time to ensure I knew how to operate all the futures of the car. The Ford Sync system is extremely user friendly and I love it! Everyone else at this dealership made me feel welcome and comfortable during the whole sales process and afterwards. I definitely would recommend this dealership. More

I liked the fact of not being pressured to make a decision on a vehicle the first day of my visit. The representative asked my preference in color of vehicle, model and options and most important the decision on a vehicle the first day of my visit. The representative asked my preference in color of vehicle, model and options and most important the price I was comfortable with. The only thing I was displeased with was towards the end of sale I think because the car had so many options I should have had a tutorial on how to use most of the functions of the car and also I didn't get my free tank of gas. More
