It has all changed since Mike has left . You have to question everything they are suppose to do . I waited for my Outback for over 4 hours for service. I had a new windshield put in the 2023 Outback (Onyx XT). I traded in the same vehicle for a new Outback at your dealership, as you encouraged me w I had a new windshield put in the 2023 Outback (Onyx XT). I traded in the same vehicle for a new Outback at your dealership, as you encouraged me with a great deal. I bought a 2025 Touring XT, Outback, and am very happy with it. I came back on Saturday to have the tires and rims taken off my old Onyx and put on the Touring. I waited over 4 hours for that to be done as well. I had an appointment scheduled for it. I don't know why it takes so long, but I am more interested in quality than quick time. This is my 5th or 6th Subaru that I have purchased from this dealership. I think I will hold onto this one for a while. More
