When shopping for a vehicle I typically approach the situation very guarded. Having been in sales for over 20 years I'm aware of all the sales strategies that give car sales people a bad name. I do not use pushy sales nor do I tolerate that kind of behavior. During the entire process of buying my truck I felt very comfortable with your team. I also appreciate the fact that I was never sitting around waiting and everyone I came in contact with had a pleasant demeanor.

This is the second new vehicle that I have purchesed from the Beck and Masten dealership. My experience with the sales department, service, and everyone at the dealership has been nothing but good. If I had a problem of any nature, there was always someone to take care of the problem to my complete satisfaceion. Before going to the dealership I did some new car shopping and Beck and Masten had the best deal.

This is personally my 6th vehicle purchase from Beck and Masten since 2005 and my family's 12 vehicle purchse since 2005. The experience at Beck and Masten is like no other dealer in town. They give you the best price and do not pressure you to buy. Spending time at Beck and Masten to buy a vehicle is like spending time with friends. There is no other dealer in town that I would even consider buying a vehicle from because of the outstanding service I receive when I go to Beck and Masten.

My Review of Beck & Masten Buick GMC:
Two of our vehicles have been purchased from this dealership and are serviced there as well. From the Purchase to the scheduled maintenance, I have never had any problems with the staff here. Mr. Hadley is one of the most knowlegable salesmen I encountered while searching for a vehicle. He knew every thing about each vehicle and it's competing vehicles and was very helpful in deciding which options and features were going to best suit our family. He was diligent in locating the specific model we decided on and kept us updated on the progress of the dealer transfer. When it came time to negotiate the deal, it was rediculously easy. I was in shock at how easy the transaction took place.

So now I have this GREAT new vehicle right? Well, so it's got to get it's oil changed and little things happen here and there so we have to spend some time in the Service area. Well, at other dealerships, you NEVER see your sales person again. They are on to the next one and wouldn't recognize you if you ran over them in your new vehicle. WELL, THAT does not happen here. Mr. Hadley is always there to see how things are going, ask you how the kids are and emails you on your birthday. Now that's something that you don't encounter every day. And the service crew.....Top Notch. Friendly, helpful and quick. You are in, out and on your way.

Other dealerships may have fancy coffee, gourmet snacks, flat screen tv's in their service areas....that's great, but it doesn't take the place of dedicated, loyal, friendly and helpful staff. The staff takes service seriously and are top notch at providing it. They take care of you like family.

My Review of Beck & Masten Buick GMC:
In this Obama economy, we said we would buy used from now on. However, we got such good recs about Parrish Hadley and Lee Velasquez that it was worth our time to drive down 400 miles to Houston from Plano to speak with Mr H reguarding the replacement of the 10 year old family F150 with a brand new GMC Sierra Texas Edition 4 do'. Parrish did not disappoint.....Nor did Mr V. We got what we wanted, in good time, in good order, and headed back to Plano and have not been disappointed. We only wish that we were closer to B&M so that we can get the class act action on the regularly scheduled service that we hear Mr Velasquez gives his most favored friends and family~of which we would surely be included.

Definitely a good move in 2010 to get the new truck from PH..... We have another midsize SUV that will need to be replaced again shortly so we look to PH and our friends at Beck & Masten to make it happen. ALL THE WAY FROM PLANO ~

Yes....signing in from Collin County and the dealerships here we chose Parrish based on the PERSONAL recommendation from friends. He is worth driving 400 miles for.
