I did not work with Patricia. But our sales guy was great. The vehicle was 12,500. Ended up being 21,000. Total rip off in my opinion. I am not happy. The only reason I agreed is because I had to either choose a warranty worth thousands of dollars or pay crazy high interest fees..I will never buy from them again. With that being said, our sales agent was very great and knowledgeable. We really liked him. Lastly, we were there for 7 hours, which is totally unacceptable. I will walk out before I ever do that again. More

We put a down payment and said we would pick up the SUB in a week. A hitch was to be installed, when we went to pick it up, no hitch.the general manager told us there was no inconvenience to us.
