Patrick Carroll at Stokes Brown Toyota of Hilton Head

found car on internet. i called and worked with patrick carroll. he was professional and took the time to answer all my questions. the car was a 2011 venza with 2200 miles on it. i have a local toyota dealer in my town but felt like i did not get as good of a deal as i received from stokes brown toyota. working with the finance manager was a great experience also. he was also very professional and honest. i live in wilmington,nc which is about 5 hours from Hilton Head. not only did i receive a good deal on the car, they delivered it to me in wilmington. the driver was friendly and arrived when i was told he would. i was a little apprehensive only seeing pictures of the car. i was pleased when it arrived. it was in perfect condition and clean. i would not only recommend stokes brown and patrick to friends and family but would also talk to them first, before i purchased another car somewhere else. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful and very friendly. We dealt with Patrick Carroll and he is the best. Not pushy in any way. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitley refer any friends and family to this dealership and if I am still in this area when I next need to purchase a car, I will go right back to Patrick. Very pleased with everything at this dealership.

Patrick Carroll was the best person to deal with at Stokes Brown! Patrick went above and beyond to help my parents and me to get an affordable car for me. My parents live in Hilton Head, SC and I live in Pennsylvania. Patrick worked with not only my parents, but with me in PA. He was able to help me lease my first car in my name at an affordable price. I am a student right out of college and into the real world. I did not think I was going to be able to lease or buy a new car that I could afford. Patrick bent over backwards to work every possible way to get me an affordable car, and get it to me in Pennsylvania. He kept me up to date every step of the way, calling me often, emailing me and sending me pictures of my new car. He set everything up and I barely did a thing but send him my information. He set everything up with my parents and me, and kept us posted everyday. I even got a call just checking to see how I liked my new car. I can not thank him enough for all he did for me and my family. I tried to get a car in PA, and had no such luck. Everybody brushed me aside because I was a young girl with no experience getting a car. I am so glad I got my parents to help and contacted Stokes Brown. They leased me my first car and we loved everything about Stokes Brown. So it was a no brainer to go through them again. I am so grateful for Patrick and helping me to get my first affordable car and I could not have done it without all his help!

This is our 4th car bought from Stokes Brown, so obviously we are happy customers. It is not high pressure or the typical sales games you usually have to play. Patrick Carroll was a pleasure to work with, did what he promised! Very reliable! My husband and I will continue to do business with Stokes probably as long as we own Toyotas. We have owned Hondas before, but so far, have been much happier with our Toyotas. I will be calling Patrick back next year if I find out that they have come out with a sunroof in the white Scion XB. I can truthfully say, that was my only disappointment!

I was ready to trade my 2004 Highlander in for a new one. I met with Patrick Carroll, who had been referred to me by a friend. He found me the car I wanted, at a good price, and the dealer gave me a good trade in for my car. Pleasant experience all round.

Patrick made our purchase of the new Sienna 2011 a very nice experience.Patrick knowledge ,guidenc abd sugestions ware very good.After receiving the car he explained to us all the functions and set-up the mobil telephone as well tested all the basic
functions. We are very happy with the purchase of the Sienna LE 2011.

The sale person was friendly and informative. The managment was direct and friendly. I intitlaly visited the dealership because their advertised pricing was very competive. I would definitely return to this dealership for future purchases and recomend them to my friends.

I bought a fairly basic used 2008 Prius. The car is fine. The service provided by Mr. Patrick Carroll has been outstanding. He contacted me a few times after the sale just to check and make sure everything was OK. I told him about a few concerns, including that I only received 1 remote door opener/key for the vehicle. He tried to get the 2nd one from the previous owners for me. When this was not successful, he arranged for me to get one at a dealership near my home, at no added cost to me. He has given me some great advice about the vehicle also. Compared to previous car salesmen, working with him is like the difference between DIY stock trading on ScottTrade versus having your own financial consultant. No car or person can be perfect every time, but these guys went the extra mile to make things right. I plan to buy my next vehicle from him. I highly recommend him and the dealership.

I have now purchased two vehicles with Patrick Carroll at Stokes Brown Toyota. I entered the situation with many questions and no direction. Patrick helped answer every question thoughtfully and led me in a direction that suited all of my needs. There was never a time when I felt that he was trying to make a sale, but rather, trying to help me get the car that I needed, no matter what it was.
