Just completed my second purchase from Atlantic Chevrolet. I was happy to see Pat was still on the sales floor. I personally don’t like shopping for a newer vehicle. I did my diligence and shopped around before returning to Pat with more questions and felt more than comfortable with “my” decision buy a gently used 2021. A disgusting excuse for a dealership ! ! They have no problem being nice to you , taking your money when you’re buying a car / suv that’s overpriced !! But when you need service that very ! They have no problem being nice to you , taking your money when you’re buying a car / suv that’s overpriced !! But when you need service that very nasty lady (the service manager ) belittles you, and has an attitude problem !! It’s the icing on the cake !!! I would not recommend this dealership to any one ! first you will pay too much for the car or vehicle your buy and than God -for- you bid you need service , you will have to deal with that service dept which will not work with you ,and most likely keep your vehicle For extended period of time to tell you they found nothing wrong with it !! I thought it was always service with a smile!! at this dealership. It’s service with an attitude and nastiness !! Never would I call or bring my vehicle to this dealership again !! More

We had been to this dealership a few times in the last year and dealt with Patrick, who is a very down to earth, no pressure type of guy. We picked his brain ALOT but never pulled the trigger to buy. We probably would have just stayed with our current Silverado had he not called? Finance numbers were close enough to the competition because Armando really shopped the rates.
