The sales manager Michael Schutt worked closely with my sales rep Ryan Shulz to ensure a deal would be made, they even repainted the bumper and hood of the vehicle to get the deal finalized. Ryan and team put the customer first during this transaction, I live in Ft. Myers but drove to Naples because the customer service was light years above what I experienced in Lee and Charlotte county. Easy going! Ryan was very accommodating, respectful & straight forward. He is very knowledgeable with a wide range of makes, not just the Volkswagen which is good Ryan was very accommodating, respectful & straight forward. He is very knowledgeable with a wide range of makes, not just the Volkswagen which is good to hear about the comparison of other vehicles! We were unable to come in on the day we originally planned for, and he was understanding. After we left with a new car, my husband realized he left his wallet in the car we traded in. Ryan found the wallet and dropped it off to my husband. You can tell Ryan cares about people and not just about trying to push a sale of a car on someone even when you know its not in their best interest. All of the sales associates I spoke to over the last 4 months instantly tried to take control and not listen to what I wanted. Ryan & Mike Schutt were wonderful! & Finance was great! More
