Brian took our STRESS away by finding the problem/issue bestowed on us by Team Nissan of Oxnard! Thank you so much Brian!! Since my last post here, I visited Oxnard to see if they would pay for the damages that they caused and found by Brian! We settled on their offer to pay for the damaged front strut their worker carelessly damaged. I was ready to hit the small claims procedures when they offered to pay for the part, approximately $300.00. Again, Brian and his dealership saved us continued agony over my beautiful 2020 Rogue SL. The initial visit was to replace the stereo under warranty as the screen was delaminating. I was impressed that the dealer caught the issue on a routine visit and moved on the issue to get approval. warranty as the screen was delaminating. I was impressed that the dealer caught the issue on a routine visit and moved on the issue to get approval. The new unit. was replaced in about a week. 5 stars for that! Just before the visit the locking tailgate started to fail. They returned the truck as if it was fixed but when trying it out before leaving the dealer it immediately failed. The service manager was apologetic and we have a plan to get it repaired but 1 star for the “fix” that didn’t! More
