Today is Wednesday. (Important to understand why I've rated them the way I did). On Friday I lost my car, no trade in and no down payment I didn't think I'd be able to get a car, by the way, I'm 19. I called Rte 44 Toyota/Scion on Sunday and was transferred to Bobby L. He ran my numbers and even came to get me in the car I wanted, a 09 Honda Civic Coupe! I was thrilled. I met with Joe F and we discussed payments. Only thing left was to be approved, next morning I was but now I needed a down payment. They had accidentally switched another customer and I up. I was furious and called it off. They tried to save it, but Larry intervened to keep everything professional and in the best interest of the company. I appreciated the honesty. I scoured up the down payment, came in and finished the deal. Paul B saw me and a friend waiting and got on the ball. Joel D made the signing understandable and relaxing. I couldn't believe how easy it got. They even got me everything I wanted for a better APR! I drove the car home extremely happy tonight, thanks to Tony R going the extra mile and helping me out (he had heard of the week so far,) I wasn't even his client. Although there were some mistakes that frustrated me, they did work very hard to get me a car as soon as possible for the best deal I could get. The team effort was impressive. I'd recommend this dealership for anyone, the hard work is outstanding. When it's time to trade in, I'm going back to Route 44. More

We had a wonderful experience! Paul Benton is very knowledgeable. We leased a new Rav 4 XLE for less money than the "best" deal our prior dealership offered to us. Joel DiLilo made the paperwork process quick and he gave us information regarding our lease and options that had not been provided from our prior dealership. We've found a new Toyota dealership and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone. More

The process was quick and pain free and I feel like I got a fair trade as well as great price for my new vehicle. The day I picked up the car it was ready and I was transitioned into the finance department to handle the paperwork. Joel DiLillo was also exceptional and explained all the paperwork I was filling out. The finance process was quick and easy. Once the paperwork was completed Paul went over everything in the vehicle to make sure I was driving off in a vehicle that I was comfortable in. Overall my experience at Rte 44 was tremendous and I would definitely go back there to buy another car. I would highly recommend Paul and Joel. More
