Questionable sales practices!! I saw this Certified 2015 Cad CTS V Sport listed on several web sites (Autotrader, GM Certified Cars, and Atlantic's own web site). Called on Monday, I saw this Certified 2015 Cad CTS V Sport listed on several web sites (Autotrader, GM Certified Cars, and Atlantic's own web site). Called on Monday, spoke with Paul, he told me he would get back to me shortly, no response, Called again on Tuesday, once again he said he would get back to me shortly, no response, Finally, on Wednesday evening he calls back (appears car and keys were missing). Was told since I wasn't financing the car through them I would have to pay a 3% cash fee ($1,000. more), In addition I would have to pay their application fee ($695. more). Since I don't live in NY, I would register the car myself, was told there were reg fees (87.50 more), Now comes the best part when I received the purchase agreement it states the car is not Certified,.. Told him the online ads all state the car is Certified (even their own web site)... He then tells me there is an additional charge for Certification.. Incredibly sleazy sales tactics, More

I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and a price point that I wanted to be at and within a short while I was test driving a beautiful SUV that I fell in love with and HAD to have! Paul and Jay, from the finance department, started working on the paperwork for me right away and worked out an awesome deal and I couldn't be happier! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and Paul made the experience a breeze, I would HIGHLY recommend giving him a call if you're looking for a new vehicle, I will definitely be going back in the future. He quickly answered all my questions and concerns and was able to locate a model that had the options I was looking for. We discussed pricing and he came up with different pricing that was available with the incentives going on. I was able to drive off the lot shortly afterwards without any issues. More
