Very unhappy that my service took 2 hours - 1 hour too long . 3 people came and went after I arrived with same service done At approx 1 hour 30 minutes the svc agent came out and apologized for my wait long . 3 people came and went after I arrived with same service done At approx 1 hour 30 minutes the svc agent came out and apologized for my wait as I had the slowest tech . Injections me another 15/20 minutes but it took 30 minutes more . And then when it came out they never waked it . When I approached the tech why he said he was told not to as I was in a rush . That was. Not an assumption to be made because what is 5 more mi tires when I already waited 1 hour extra . He then took it back in to wash delaying longer than should have been if they just did it from the start . I was late to work . Thank gos I turned down service suggested or I may have missed an entire day of work . Very dissappointed . More

Disservice was impeccable, as always, Paul and Jonathan treat you like your family price is a good service is better, also spoke with the owner, Sean what a standup guy. Our salesperson Kristen was terrific. She was knowledgeable without being pushy. It was great that the dealership was open on Sunday. The service team at Lowell Mazda were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating in giving me updates on my vehicle while I was there for the duration of my appointment. Emil helpful and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating in giving me updates on my vehicle while I was there for the duration of my appointment. Phenomenal service and great staff, always enjoy coming to 495 Mazda to get work done on my vehicle. They take the time to go over exactly what might be wrong with your vehicle and never push anything onto to 495 Mazda to get work done on my vehicle. They take the time to go over exactly what might be wrong with your vehicle and never push anything onto you that isn’t required. They’ll let you know what can wait until a later date. Times are tough and things are only becoming more expensive in this economy so I appreciate when a business is understanding of that. More
