My Review Of Land Rover Flatirons:

I recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque from Flatirons Landrover. Bob was the best. He thoroughly explained the features of my new car and made the car purchasing experience the best. I have bought a few new cars over the years and I can say that dealing with Flatirons Landrover was the best. Paul has been great in the service department - always answering my questions and making my experience with the service department seamless. I highly recommend this dealership and thank Bob for the best buying experience ever.

My Review Of Land Rover Flatirons:

I took my LR3 in for service recently and was pleasantly surprised by the service. Paul walked me through the costs and how long it would take to get work completed. His estimates were right on and the vehicle was ready when he said it would be. Overall it was the best service I have ever had with any dealer. Paul and the Flatirons team did a great job.

My Review Of Land Rover Flatirons:

Bob made my car buying experience effortless from beginning to end. It was late in the evening when we had finished with all the paperwork and financing details. Bob insisted on showing me all the controls on the car so I could safely drive home. Paul and Randy in the service department were also very helpful and friendly. I had to bring the car back in for a minor problem, and they fixed the problem while I waited, and had my car hand washed before returning the car to me.

Randy and Paul were great. They made it easy to drop off our LR4 and get a loaner car. Our service was complete before the estimated time. I will return to them whenever needed!

My Review Of Land Rover Flatirons:

Can't say enough about the wonderful level of service provided by Land Rover Flatirons. Recently moved to Colorado from the East Coast and brought in a 2011 LR Sport for service I had purchased back East. The service team was generous with its time, and answered all my questions about tires, road conditions, and what I could expect in terms of maintenance. The process of getting a loaner was handled smoothly and competently. Service work was done quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to buy my next car from this dealership. They are good people and take pride in what they do for their customers. Paul, my service adviser, is outstanding.

My Review Of Land Rover Flatirons:

We have enjoyed almost a decade of fabulous sales and service from the LandRover FlatIrons dealership. We have previously purchased an LR3, then an LR2, and a pre-owned 2004 Land Rover "Disco". This past spring, Cliff and I reserved a spot for a build on an Rand Rover Evoque. This was a surprise holiday gift for my wife. It arrived 2 weeks before Santa does his thing. My sons and I surprised mom with her new Evoque, with a HUGE Red Bow on top. The presentation by Cliff and the rest of the folks at the dealership that day was every bit as good as those Lexus in December commmercials. Since she took delivery, she has never talked about a vehicle as much as she does about the Evoque. She absolutely loves it. We make a bit of a drive from Golden just to see the staff at Land Rover FlatIrons, whether for service, a new vehicle purchase, or just to say hello when we are in the neighborhood. We are always greeted warmly. The dealership is clean and sporty and really shows off the LandRover brand. Although we own vehicles from other manufacturers, we plan on having a LandRover in the family for years to come.

My Review Of Land Rover Flatirons:

These guys are good, very very good. I have purchased four autos from them - two brand new and two used. For a number of years, support and maintenance was routine - everything worked - they were quite responsive - I was happy and life was simple. Recently I had a very unusual problem with my Range Rover Sport - there were no error codes, the problem only occurred intermittently and only when extremely cold. Talk about a tough problem to solve - this was it. I would say this is the very best service department I have ever experienced and probably among the best in the world.

Once they understood the problem they were incredibly diligent in tracking every possible cause - ultimately finding the failure point and then testing it by taking it out and freezing it in their freezer and returning it to the car where they reliably re-created the problem. The engineer/tech who did the work was simply brilliant and among a rare cadre of professionals you want in your corner when you have a tough problem. In spite of the nature of the problem their charges for the work were very reasonable (a grand combination: technical brilliance combined with ethical business practices!) I could not recommend any group as highly as I rate these folks - they are without peers in my experience. I could not be more grateful or more serious in this endorsement.

If every service business operated like this, the world would be a much different place. To quote Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid: "These guys are good..."
