In the last 11 years my family has purchased seven (7) vehicles from Doug Justice. Why, becasue they are calm and have always been honest with me about each vehicle we have driven and or bought. Combine this with a reasonable price and it only makes sense to start our search there. Also, just a side note, every vehicle we have purchased has been a good quality vehicle, we did have one minor issue and they did, without hesitation, make this minor issue go away and simply fixed the small issue. Over the last 11 years we have never once been pressured to buy a vehicle, if you feel pressured then that would be very different than any experience I've ever had, so you really need to check them out if you are seriously looking for a car, truck, or SUV. My wife has actually found every vehicle we have bought from them by looking at their website. They seem to do a great g the website up to date and accurate. Give them a try, if you feel pressured, then leave. But, I bet you save a bunch of money and stress by stopping by. H. Stephenson . I’m thinking Justus is just an acronym for “just us” as in white people. My wife who is black and I (white) stopped by to look at several models of Subarus they had advertised. None of the several rude and unfriendly employees there even acknowledged our existence let alone asked if we needed any help yet several white couples came and were promptly waited on. Needless to say we left and spent our money somewhere else where they appreciated our business. We have never seen or even heard of a car dealership treating anyone the disrespectful way we were treated by Doug “Just Us” More

Went to Doug Justus because i saw a decent forester on their web site. When we arrived I had Zero help from any "salesman". Tried to negotiate and the "salesman" was firm. He told me him and his wife had been driving this car since it arrived at the dealership. Told me he loved the car and was a great buy. Welp, three months and 2300 miles (driven) later the car stalled...motor was shot. Long story short: We basically spent $7800.00 for a chassis. Ended up selling the bucket for about $2500.00 to try and go towards another car. Great Scam you guys got going (thumbs up) F.Y.I: this review in Google has 21 thumbs up. That should tell you something. More

It was a very pleasant experience working with the staff at Doug Justus, they were all super nice and helpful. Rusty heaps. My brother and l purchased two Subarus the same day. Subsequently, we had nothing but problems. The undercarriage was nearly rotten due to excessive rust from northern salt roads. My family and I had a wonderful experience here at Doug Justus. I was able to be there for multiple days looking at and test driving car with my newborn and sometimes my 7 year old. I felt like I was bugging them asking to drive car after car while lugging my baby around in his carseat and base. They never gave an annoyed look or said a rude word. They were all helpful and kind especially Paul Honebrink who went out of his way to help me and insisted that I wasn't a bother (I'm sure I kinda was). Even when I had to take two of the cars to my mechanic to be inspected they happily got the cars ready and I was able to take them and bring them back without issue or them making it a big thing. (Some dealers lose it if you even ask to take a car to be looked at. And then finally the usually "dreaded" paperwork was made super easy by the sweetest finance lady (can't remember your name *You know who you are*)! And not once did I feel harrassed or like someone was pushing a sale on me. It was a nice relaxing environment with nothing but helpful, kind people who would answer any questions and help in any way they could. I recommend Doug Justus 100%. And will buy exclusively from them in the future!!! More
