My Review of McKinney Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Mazda:
I own a 2010 Dodge Ram 2500. The paint is peeling off of the rear differential cover and starting to peel off of the front transfer case cover. The truck was purchased out of state, but I have had service done at McKinney Dodge several times on my previous Dodge. Paul Hostak and the Service Manager were very eager to make sure the problem was resolved. They replaced the rear differential cover, and repainted the front transfer case cover. They are always very friendly and go out of their way to please their customers. I will continue to recommend McKinney Dodge to others.

Paul is in the Service Dept. Whenever I call for an oil change or other problem, he accommodats MY schedule. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and when a problem is detected, he works within my financial range and timing if possible. Always a smile and positive greeting.

I have been dealing with the fine folks at McKinney for over a decade. Led by Dave and Scott McKinney, this dealership maintains a broad and deep inventory of vehicles, a knowledgeable and friendly salesforce, and a spectacular service organization. I purchased my last two vehicles from salesman Mike Henry, a friendly, knowledgeable professional car guy.

What keeps me coming back to McKinney time after time is the service. My service advisor Paul Hostak makes it all happen seamlessly. I get plenty of mail and electronic service reminders, but when I called the dealership, it's really Paul I want to speak to. Paul discusses my service needs with clarity and accuracy. Paul has come to be the service advisor for not only me, but my two sons, and my father. Give him an award!

I have been a McKinney Dodge patron since 2002 when we purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. My jeep is now approaching 200,000 miles. I believe that it's been such a great, problem free car because of the excellent maintenance service it has received at McKinney. Paul has always been ready to answer any questions I had regarding problems with easy to understand explanations. The service has been done in a timely manner almost every visit. They are willing to take me to and from work while they service my vehicle - that's a big help. I would recommend Paul Hostak and the people at McKinney Dodge to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle with an outstanding service department.

Paul Hostak is a wonderful service manager. He is absolutely great at his job and is a great asset to McKinney Doge. I purchased a new 2002 Dodge Ram and all service is done at McKinney and I have really enjoyed working with Paul. I work as Exec. Admin at my work place and I know how difficult it is to work with the public. Paul is definetly in his element.

The reason I am giving you this rating is I think he should be recognized for his talent
