This was the 3rd vehical (one pre-owned wrangler, a new Pt Cruiser which we traded for a new Jeep Patriot) that we have purchased from McKinney Dodge. I was very impressed with Chandler Sharma, our salesman. He was very friendly, patient and knowlegable without being pushy when I visited the dealership after work one night. He showed me the new cars I had checked out on their internet site and helped me speak with the Internet sales directer,Chris Hawley to have a used car ready for me and my husband to see the next night. We came the next night at 6pm and most of their sales stayed well past closing time to assist us. Chandler was very helpful giving us the info we needed and didn't make us feel at all pressured or rushed to make an imformed decision.
Tip Lasseter was very helpful also early in the year showing us the Patriot and Liberty when our daughter was thinking of purchasing one and that keep me thinking about the Patriot or Compass secretly for myself for awhile now. :)
We have had only good dealing with Mckinney. Their service department also deserves recognition.
We were also very impressed that Dave Mckinney remember us from previous years and also stayed after hours to thank us and shake our hands. Very nice guys. Thank you for a great experience.

We have purchased four vehicles from this dealership. Each time has been a great experience. We now feel like a part of the McKinney extended family. I highly recommend McKinney to anyone looking for a vehicle rather new or used. They take the time to listen to what you want and work with you to be sure that you get it.

I just purchased a new 2012 Ram Express 1500 and could not be happier. This was my second purchase at this dealership. We bought a 2012 Dodge journey at the end of 2011. In both instances Chandler was my sales person. I actually called him up before I came down to look at the Rams to let him know I had found some good prices at another dealership and to see if he could match them. He worked with Scott Mckinney and they not only matched but they beat the other dealers price, not to mention they gave top dollar for my 2010 trade. I need a trailer hitch on this truck so Paul in service had one installed while I was there so I did not have to return. Russ got me through finance quickly and I was out the door with a new truck. Tires for life on both vehicles and two years free oil changes to boot ! Shop around but before you buy you need to check these guys out.

Had an overall excellent experience!! My only complaint is that the service dept didn't service or check over my Jeep. My husband had to change oil and do all maintenance.

This was the 4th vehicle that our family has purchased at McKinney's. I use the word family because that is the feeling you get when you work with McKinney that you are part of the family. Ron Webb we have worked with on all 4 vehicles. He cares and knows his business. Dave McKinney brings home that family feeling, an individual that shows his concern and interest in you and makes you feel at home. Daniel Black is the business guy and he knows how to get things done quickly and efficiently for you. Paul Hostak is the focal point of the service department. He shows the concern when you have to bring your vehicle in for maintenance or service. Paul lets you know what is what and never leaves you in the dark.
Overall if your looking for a Pleasant Family like vehicle purchasing experience there is no other place to visit then Mckinney's.

I own a 2010 Dodge Ram 2500. The paint is peeling off of the rear differential cover and starting to peel off of the front transfer case cover. The truck was purchased out of state, but I have had service done at McKinney Dodge several times on my previous Dodge. Paul Hostak and the Service Manager were very eager to make sure the problem was resolved. They replaced the rear differential cover, and repainted the front transfer case cover. They are always very friendly and go out of their way to please their customers. I will continue to recommend McKinney Dodge to others.

Paul is in the Service Dept. Whenever I call for an oil change or other problem, he accommodats MY schedule. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and when a problem is detected, he works within my financial range and timing if possible. Always a smile and positive greeting.
