The sales person we dealt with gave me false information about what we owed to turn in our previous lease. When we got the bill it was almost $3,000 more than what they had told us we would owe. When we confronted the finance director about the unexpected charges, he said they couldn't do anything about it and that it was our responsibility to know the contract, even though Paul had pulled up the contract at least 2 times and still quoted me about $3,000 less than the final bill. BEWARE this dealership does not have any loyalty to customers who have bought several cars from them in the past. Extremely poor communication between staff and existing customers.
