The service desk was very attentive but unfortunately the issue with my f150 was not resolved. November of 2022 the Turbo was replaced. In February 2023 they found that the engine was bad and it was replaced issue with my f150 was not resolved. November of 2022 the Turbo was replaced. In February 2023 they found that the engine was bad and it was replaced. November 2023 the Turbo was replaced again. Driving from Mass to Georgia the I had to add 15 quarts of oil along the way. I believe it's the same issue. The truck at the moment is at Wade's Ford in Smyrna, GA. It's being evaluated and I'm waiting to hear rom them. I just hope that whatever the issue is, it can be repaired. I called Tasca and the service was very helpful and willing to communicate with Wade Ford to resolve the problem. More

Worst dealership hands down. A water leakage in my car causing a mildew smell. Known ford issue since 2013. My have is a 2020 just 2,000 miles out of warranty and they were not willing to help me seeing how it is poor craftsmanship. I was told a burst pipe but upon further self exploration it’s the same issue going on. Instead I was told let me transfer you to sales and they can help get you into another car. Seriously do you think I’d do business with you so I can have another crappy car and deal with the less than pleasant men in service who NEVER return voicemails. More
