My wife and I had the most amazing experience getting our brand new BMW because of Uday Bhandary (UB) and his team. They were amazing from the get go. We trust UB so much that we had no issues driving all the way down from Baltimore to New York, just so we could get our car through him. Yes, it was worth it. Its all about the relationship and trust. I spoke to UB before on the phone about what I was looking for and he took the time to listen and understand what would make us happy.

Before we even came to the showroom, he had a car picked out for us and had it ready just in case we would love it and wanted to drive out with it same day. When we arrived at the showroom, UB had Paul (who is amazingly knowledgeable and is a BMW enthusiast) take us on multiple test drives. Paul passionately explained what it is to drive a BMW and took the time to explain all the cool and safety features of the car. This is our first BMW...we were sold !

After we were back at the showroom, UB spent an hour showing us his entire inventory of cars so we could choose our car at leisure. He wanted us to be happy with the car we chose. He even let us look at other dealer inventories in the region. After all the searching, my wife and I decided on a car. It just so happened, it was the one UB knew we would love and had picked out and got ready for delivery!

After that, UB and his team took over. The team even stayed back on a weekend and made sure all the paper work was completed because they knew we had to have the car same day. We had to drive back to Baltimore.

It was perfect. Loved the drive back and loved the entire experience.

I had been to a couple of dealerships to buy a BMW for my son, and I with Bayshore BMW because of Paul Senft. I knew I could trust him and he gave me alot of knowledge on the car and on the finances. He worked with us and was very helpful through the whole process. He made sure we were satisfied and understood every step we needed to take to buy the car. If I called him and had a question he always called me right back. Even after I brought the car. I would definitely go back to this dealership to buy a car and would only ask for Paull Senft to help me. He made it an easy and great experience.

I had a great experience at Bayshore BMW. As soon as i entered the dealership Paul Senft was there to greet me with enthusiam and patience. He answererd all my questions and was greatly helpful in his knowledge of BMWs and the car buying experience.I know buying a new car can be very unnerving for the buyer but Paul made the experience very easy and I left feeling very confident that I purchased a new car at a great price with all the options I wanted .Thanks again Paul

Paul was very clear on all of my options. He made sure I was familiar with all of the features of my new X3.
I came away with the best deal I have ever received from a car dealer. As I truly enjoy the BMW, I have a new salesman for all of my future purchases!

I recently purchsed a new X3 at Habberstad BMW of Bayshore and had an amazing experience from the moment I first entered to the time of delivery. Paul Seft was not only courteous but also product knowledgeable. Lori Precht helped me place my order, and I was never pressured into getting any options other than the ones I wanted, did I mention she did this expeditiously, I was in and out, what a pleasure. They both showed a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend this dealership and both Client Advisor and Sales Manager to any of my family and friends.

I have leased 5 times a new 5 series BMW with 3 different dealers. My last lease was done on 1/24/13. I have never had such a rewarding experience in leasing a car in all the years I've been leasing. Paul Senft was the most thorough salesman, the most pleasant and informative experience I have ever had. His boss Uday Bhandary also made this experience one I feel cannot ever be surpassed! It was such a pleasure dealing with this dealership with for the first time has left me with a enjoyable experience in every way!

I got there and Paul was Very helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he brought me around showing me which options were available. I was very impressed by the cars which they had to offer. Everything seemed detailed and ready to be bought. He was very professional, and friendly, and it was great not being pressured into a sale. He knows how to deal with people and this is how all Salesmen should be. I didn't get a car the day of my visit but when I know 100% what I will be doing, Paul will be the one who gets my business.

I walked into this dealership and was politely greeted by Paul Senft. This was the beginning of an excellent relationship between him and myself. I am very slow to buy, and I like thinking about my purchases, and Paul was very understanding. I came into the dealership multiple times, asking a countless number of questions with never any commitment to buy. Paul was patient, and was there to answer my questions whenever I needed. When I finally made the jump, Paul worked hard to get me the best deal and did a great job being polite, professional, and courteous. I have dealt with other BMW dealerships in the area and have to say that my experience at this dealership blew the others out of the water. I will always come and deal with Paul directly, and since my purchase, I have referred 3 different customers to Paul that have resulted in sales as well. It was a pleasure to do business will Paul
