Paul Smith was a great salsman for my wife Tina and I. We expain that we really needed was 2 cars. And Paul Smith made us a very good deal. We are very pleased. My family's overall experience with Conicelli Toyota was phenomenal from start to finish. Paul Smith was our sales guy, and was great to work with. Paul took the time to understand what our needs were, and quickly had us test driving the vehicle we eventually purchased. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about their inventory. I was impressed with his attention to small stuff, like knowing my name and that of my wife and daughter on subsequent visits. The Conicelli dealership was low key - no pressure to put us in a car right away. They understood that we had many options to go through and were supportive in allowing us to ask questions and take our time to make an informed decision. Once we made our purchase decision, they were thorough in explaining all the additional coverages that were available to us, such as extended warrantees, service plans and gap insurance. We previously purchased a Hyundai from Conicelli, and our experience then was just as pleasant. Also, we've had our Hyundai in for service many times, and their service department is excellent as well. I am sure the Toyota service department will be equally outstanding. If you don't consider using Conicelli dealerships for your next new car purchase, you are shortchanging yourself. I can see myself being a Conicelli customer for the rest of my life - they are that good. More

Paul is very friendly and helpful sales on our purchase of the new Camry. Paul and Ray were very helpful in my car purchase experience. They listened to what I was looking for and make the effort to find exactly what I wanted. I have been coming to Conicelli and working with Paul Smith for 15 years. I leased my first five Corollas from him. Paul knows my vehicle history and makes it very easy to get me going in my new car. The service dept is always very accomodating in making apts and taking care of service quickly. I have leased my last five cars at Conicelli. For the last two cars I have leased I have dealt with Paul Smith, who is a very personable and no pressure (no pressure being the key word) salesman. I absolutely hate dealing with a sales person who is always pressuring you. I came in recently to see if I wanted to lease a new car or purchase the one I am now leasing. The lease is up in January. On my first visit I spoke with Paul and he gave me all of my options. I told him I wanted to think it over and that I would contact him if I needed him. He gave me the time and space I needed. I then came back on my second visit to inquire about a promotion that they were running. I never called Paul to let him know I was coming, but asked to see him, but he was helping other customers. He was told I was waitng for him and he let me know how long he would be. The staff at the front desk were very nice and put me in a room with a large screen TV with a cup of coffee. Several sales personnel came through the room while I was waiting and all of them asked me if I was being helped. Everyone was so friendlsy and personable. Paul was very busy so he had the Sales Manager Glenn Beck help me out and he was also very very accommodating and was able to meet my needs. I ended up leasing the car I wanted at a fair price. I also have had all my cars serviced at Conicelli and have been very satisfied. I would defintely recommend Conicelli and their team to anyone, especially Paul Smith. If you are looking for a no pressure salesman who is personable, accommodating and fair, then Paul is your man along with the Conicelli team! More

The salesman, Paul Smith, knew exactly what we were looking for and went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal and left knowing that he truly cared about our satisfaction. He's a no pressure kind of guy which made this process a pleasant one. The Sales Manager, Glenn Beck, was extremely helpful in working with us as well, understanding and addressing our concerns, making sure that we were satisfied. Luke Breyer the financial specialist made that part of the process painless and quick. All in all I would absolutely, positively recommend Conicelli Toyota Conshocken, and these three gentlemen to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota! Furthermore, Conicelli's Conshocken Service Department is the best service department I have ever deal with which made the purchasing at this dealership a "no brainer"!! More

This was my second sales experience with Conicelli and it was as pleasant as the first. No sales pressure. No forcing you to take extras you don't want. And a real effort to do business swiftly.
