Graduated Osborn high school: Detroit Michigan Associate of Arts, Management, University of Hawaii, 1978 Associate of Arts, Liberal Arts, University of Hawaii, 1978 Bachelors of Arts, Business Administration, Columbia College, 1998 Masters of Arts, Ministry, Tennessee Temple Baptist Seminary, 2006 Moved to South Carolina in 1996 and to the upstate, Easley, June 2011. Bought my car from McKinney Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep June 29th, 2011 and started working here July 19, 2011. Ten year goal: To wholeheartedly work at customer satisfaction while developing my interpersonal relationship skills

I've been a fan of McKinney since I bought a Chrysler 300 there back in 2005. I found the ownership, sales staff and service staff all to be extremely helpful and very customer-oriented. So when I started looking for a new vehicle, McKinney was the first place I started (but not the only place I shopped). Paul Thomas ultimately made my decision to buy there again easy.

My Review of McKinney Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Mazda:
Paul has worked with me on both new and used cars. When I asked him about a new model that was coming, he sent me literature on it as soon as it came in the dealership. When a vehicle he thought I would be interested in came in, he snapped a picture of it still on the transport and sent it to me! I really felt like he was looking out for me, making sure I got a chance at the car.

On a used car I spotted on the web where the description didn't seem to match the picture, Paul quickly followed up for me and resolved the question.

The service Paul Thomas gave us was very professional and pleasent. He answered all my questions and also gave me information. My overall experience was great with Paul Thomas. I like the fact that he called after I had my vehicle for a couple of days to see how I liked it. I would recommend my friends to your dealership and have them ask for Paul THomas since he did a wonderful job. I would also like to say I got a good price on my 2012 Jeep Partriot.

My Review of McKinney Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Mazda:
I have been in manufacturing for 35 years and know what customer service is. Dealing with Lands' End, JC Penney and others, I had to maintain a level of professionalism.
McKinney exemplifies personal service, attention to detail and offers many incentives that other dealers do not have. Most dealers that I visited were sloppy, the cars were dirty, and they were totally unprepared to make a sale. This was not the case at McKinney. I hate car buying, but the experience renewed my faith in a dealership that will definitely be successful. Thanks for this survey. Please make sure the 2 people listed above get the appropriate acolades.
