This was going to be the first car we have purchased since 2007, so we started looking with a bit of anxiety over what the experience would be like. Our visit at Clay, however, turned into a happy purchase. Got lots of details from Paula, who answered all of our questions and took us for a test drive so we could experience some of the many features of the Forester Touring model that we had researched. We fell in love with its solid, quiet, smooth-handling, safety-laden features. Paula also showed us around the service area and how easy it is to get our car taken care of. No need to look further. Love our Forester and Clay Subaru. More

We had the most positive buying experience at Clay Subaru in September 2024. After researching Subaru dealerships in the Boston metropolitan area, we decided to make an appointment with Clay. We met with P in September 2024. After researching Subaru dealerships in the Boston metropolitan area, we decided to make an appointment with Clay. We met with Paula Grimard, who guided us expertly and patiently throughout our decision-making process, and we were so pleased with and impressed by the service Paula provided that we referred a close friend to her. We and our friend decided to purchase 2025 Foresters from Clay based on price and the excellent sales support we received from Paula. In the 12 months since our purchase, we have brought our cars back to the dealership for their six- and twelve-month maintenance checks and have continued to enjoy the friendly, professional and efficient service we now come to expect from Clay. This is a dealership that delivers in every way. More

I brought my Forester in for its 12-month maintenance. As was the case with the six-month appointment, this visit was handled efficiently and in a timely manner. The service rep listed what maintenance items were to be handled and informed me the visit would take approximately one hour. In the meantime I sat in Clay’s clean and comfortable waiting area and had a couple of cups of hot chocolate while I read my newspaper. When my car was ready, the service rep went over the work that was done and then escorted me to my car. This type of personalized service is one of many reasons that I am glad I bought my new Forester from Clay Subaru. More
