I would like to tell you a little bit about myself! I have 3 beautiful daughter's the oldest Danielle moved to Las Vegas in December 2017 to further her career and my middle daughter Toni is a college student at the University of Akron and is consistently on the Dean's list she graduates in August in Social Work and my youngest daughter Giana who is sixteen is going to school for Cosmetology and I am so very proud of all of my girls! Oh and I have a two year old peek-a-poo named Jax that I call my son! For myself I strive in giving customers the best experience getting there service appointments and making it easy and comforting to call into our dealership.

Amazing I has some questions about some vehicles. I had inquired through the site and a very nice woman by the name of Paula took care of me. Talk about perso I has some questions about some vehicles. I had inquired through the site and a very nice woman by the name of Paula took care of me. Talk about personable.. she answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make me feel like a part of the Ganley family. Good Support Staff Paula at Ganley Village booked my appointment for a recall, and she cited other "outstanding" recalls, also. Even though the other recalls had been Paula at Ganley Village booked my appointment for a recall, and she cited other "outstanding" recalls, also. Even though the other recalls had been already addressed, she's the only one at any dealer who brought these to attention during my initial phone call to schedule the appointment. Once, another dealership never bothered to research my car's records while scheduling a recall appointment thus prompting me to make unnecessary plans and trip to the dealership. Paula corrected my records and went the extra mile to offer transportation if needed. More
