This is the second vehicle I purchased at Arrigo, both were preowned. I knew when I arrived there would be multiple choices. We were introduced to our salesman Paulo. He listened to what I wanted and gave me several choices. I am a retired GM employee of 33 years so I am very knowledgeable of the Automotive industry. My wife and I looked at and test drove the vehicle we purchased. It was the first option we looked at and it fit our needs perfectly. I decide we needed to look no further, Paulo fulfilled our needs beyond our expectations. We sat down and worked out the terms of the deal and exceeded our satisfaction of the entire purchase process. Shout out to Paulo and Arrigo. We will recommend Arrigo and Paulo to anyone to have a remarkable buying experience. I also want to add the exemplary work from Erick Mendoza in the finance department. All the paperwork was flawless and complete. Explanation of each document was thorough and understanding even for my wife not being accustomed to the procedure.
