Seeger Toyota BROKE MY WINSHIELD then ANDY SEEGER VERBALLY ATTACKED ME & won’t pay for it! Do not ever go to Seeger Toyota! I am a 67-year-old petite woman and Andy Seeger verbally attacked me VERBALLY ATTACKED ME & won’t pay for it! Do not ever go to Seeger Toyota! I am a 67-year-old petite woman and Andy Seeger verbally attacked me after they broke my windshield. We have purchased five cars from Seeger Toyota and on August 15th went to have my oil changed and had scheduled a minor door ding to be fixed. After waiting two hours I was told that the person who was supposed to fix the door ding was not there. I had to re-book yet another appointment to get my minor door ding taken out the following Tuesday, August 22nd. This time I waited nearly 2 1/2 hours, when they came to me and said my car was done. I got into my car, which was perfect when I came in, and I saw they had BROKEN my windshield. Yes, that’s right SEEGER TOYOTA BROKE MY WINDSHIELD! When I went back in to the service agent to tell them, they broke my windshield, they denied it and said it was a rock chip and blamed it essentially on me. This was completely untrue. He went back in leaving me for 20 minutes and then I sought out Andy Seeger, the fourth generation president of Seeger Toyota. He’s sitting there talking to the service agent and he says they will only pay 50%. I walked up and told them they broke the windshield and they needed to replace it and pay 100% for it. Andy Seeger stood up in a totally hostile, inappropriate behavior and began patronizing me. I was discriminated against as a woman. His intimidating posture was polarizing. He went to my car insisted it was a rock chip, called me a Karen and I called my husband for help and handed my phone to Andy Seeger. Seeger had hostile words towards my husband, then hung up on him, called me a Karen again, in front of his service agent then said he was going to call the police and have me arrested. For what? Seeger Toyota BREAKING MY window!?! And Andy Seeger berated my husband and I with EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE behavior. My husband feared for my life and well-being as Andy Seeger was unhinged and stood at my window screaming at me. Seeger Toyota BROKE MY WINDSHIELD!!! We have purchased 5 cars from Seeger Toyota and NO ONE SHOULD EVER PURCHASE A SINGLE CAR FROM THEM. Dozens of reviews state the same. Hostile, rude, NEVER AGAIN etc. More
I brought my 2020 Toyota 86 to the Seeger Toyota dealership (where I originally bought the car) for a new battery and an oil change. They dented the corner of the passenger side rear wheel well when dealership (where I originally bought the car) for a new battery and an oil change. They dented the corner of the passenger side rear wheel well when they went to lift it. The guy there said that they would fix it and give me a car to borrow in the meantime. Appointment set for Tuesday 15 August 2023. Then on Wednesday 9 August 2023, the same dealership guy called me, trying to back out of repairing it at their cost. More

I purchased my 4 runner here from David Kastner who I feel is a fantastic salesman. I have had it serviced here since my purchase in 1999 and I have to say this is the first service appointment that I tr feel is a fantastic salesman. I have had it serviced here since my purchase in 1999 and I have to say this is the first service appointment that I truly enjoyed due to my service advisor David Meier. He is the absolute best when I have questions. He is knowledgeable of my vehicle and pleasant to talk to. He advised me of soon to come services I will be needing and the cost involved so I am aware of what to prepare for. I will be returning and I usually don't choose a adviser but I will now be choosing Mr. Meier as my adviser. Thank you! More

I purchased a Lexus at what I thought was a fair price for the year and mileage and overall had a decent experience. However, when I purchased the car the sun was setting so I did not see all blemishes. T for the year and mileage and overall had a decent experience. The sales person had even asked do you see anything else when I did point out one scratch which I found odd, but didn’t think anything of it until further down the road. I get home the next day in light go over the vehicle there are a lot of scratches the entire bumper is scratched, the front fender is coming off, the mirror is scratched and blinker turn light busted, 3/4 tires with very low tread and brakes vibrating/pulsating when stopping. When I questions things and tell them I am not confident in the safety of this vehicle and their ability to determine if something is actually wrong with it. They ensured that the vehicle was safe not had any type of accident or major damage, so after hassling they replaced the 3/4 tires but it caused a whole lot of commotion. They did not believe I was hydro planning and my traction light came on so when the manager was on the phone with the service team he said the customer claims so and so and it’s a 2018 Lexus how could there be any problems. At this point I am so frustrated and upset that I am not being heard. It was very un professional. But finally they did replace them the brakes and rotors they claim are fine so I take it in willingly but they claim they can’t give me my car back (even though the loan hadn’t fully processed) so I drive it and immediately notice while on the highway it is still pulsating when stopping. I had two different people ride in the vehicle with me not affiliated with your dealership and feel it. So, I take it to Dobbs and they said the rotors need replaced your manager said enjoy your vehicle when I let him know that. He did not car for my safety at all how unprofessional and rude. On top of it I find this car did have un disclosed damages reported that I was not aware of!! They lead me to believe I was just imaging all of these things but they were all confirmed by other dealers and the Carfax. I would rate 0/5 stars do not recommend. More
We want to begin this review with the positives of the service department, we cant say enough about the excellent service from Allan Fexer, David Rowold and David Meier, we have taken our 2009 Toyota Camr service department, we cant say enough about the excellent service from Allan Fexer, David Rowold and David Meier, we have taken our 2009 Toyota Camry for oil changes, tires and various other service, however, our most recent experience (where we paid over $3500.00 for repairs and had to take the car back a week later to fix a problem that should not have happened. Our vehicle was in the service department for over 3 weeks, with little no communication from our service worker, Tyler Nahnsen (his customer service was horrible) and we never received a call back from Service Manager James Buck (after leaving 3 messages) to discuss our concerns. Allan was amazing when we had to take our car back... THANK YOU Allan!! Seeger has lost a loyal customer, we were so disappointed with how we were treated,! You need more people like Allan, David and David!! More
Nothing but praise for John Gillam and his son Quinn in helping me and my wife find the exact auto we wanted. I called and John answered my questions and advised me that the only dealership in their regi helping me and my wife find the exact auto we wanted. I called and John answered my questions and advised me that the only dealership in their region that had the 2022 vehicle i wanted was in the Chicago area. he provided me the name and number for that dealership. I was able to negotiate the purchase of this vehicle from the other dealership. John went out of his way to assist in my search. I did return to Seeger for the purchase of running boards and was provided a price that was a discount below what another local dealer was offering with a coupon. My service before and even after me purchasing a vehicle from another dealership has been greatly appreciated and unexpected. I will have any and all service and maintaince performed on this vehicle at Seeger and will direct anyone interested in a new Toyota to call John and Quinn. More
