When handling business, I'm not one to show emotions. He's demeanor stayed nice and helpful the entire time. However, the young lady that handled the finance portion, when I signed paperwork on the first day was nice until she saw I didnt want any perks. She text my deposit documents to hold the car to the wrong person and even after advising it was wrong I came the next day and it was still wrong. Her demeanor was very rude once she realized there wouldn't be any additional sales onto the vehicle and went silent. If I had dealt with her I would have walked out.
