I was uncertain that I would or could purchase a car from this dealer as I was visiting my daughter from out of state (Indiana). Pete immediately
alleviated my concerns and fears. I was impressed by his professionalism and demeanor. He represented all parties interests, and worked out all details above and beyond my expectations. I am only sorry this dealership is not located in Indianapolis.

My deal was a little complicated and involved muliple visits. All personnel were always respectul. I have bought 4 cars from these guys. (Diferent sales folks). Their service people are always quick and VW maintenence is inexpensive and hassel-free.

After shopping online and deciding on the auto that I wanted, I searched the internet for the local dealership with the best ratings. Hamilton VW did not disappoint! From the first contact Peter Capriotti treated me like a friend, and never tried to upsell me into a more expensive auto that was not what I wanted, in fact, he showed me some lower priced options that may have fit my needs. I look forward to more interactions with this professional dealership in the future.

From the initial phone call to this dealership i spoke with Pete Capriotti and he was very informative and straightforward. He gave me as much detail of the car as possible over the phone and promptly scheduled an appointment for me to test drive the following day. He had the car parked right in front, upon my arrival, and knew every feature and was happy to show me and teach me everything the car had to offer.. something every other car dealership i had been to had failed to do. Business was great, i got a great deal and a great car. He checked up on me twice since buying the car to make sure I'm satisfied and everything is good. He was very helpful, honest, straight forward. loved my experience here!

The staff was very professional and courtesy. They did everything possible to make our experience a positive one. There was even an issue with the car that we wanted to purchase and instead of leading us on, they identified the issue and resolved it in a very reasonable time. I would definitely recommend this dealership and also refer all of my friends and relatives to this dealership!

My Name's Pete, his name's Pete. Great service, great deal, great conversation. Very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. I was late and they waited for me to get there 30 mins before closing time. Gave me time to test drive the car and take my time to make a decision. No pressure. Very Nice people.

We had to buy a new car becase the car that we had was old and needed too many repairs. My husband looked online at cars from this dealership and within 5 minutes we received a phone call and email from Pete Capriotti to introduce himself and to help us in anyway to look/buy a new car. We went into the dealership and Pete had several cars ready for us to test drive that he thought would good options for us. Which he was right! we bought one of the cars that he selected. Pete was very motivating and energectic to get us approved to buy this car. We did not have great credit at all but somehow, Pete made it happen so that we could get approved. He was extremely helpful in this car buying experience!

I highly recommend Pete Capriotto. He's great sales consultant presenting himselm with these qualities professional, knowledgable and most of all he was personable. Peter Capriotti was extremely helpful and honest in the sales process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and never once did I feel the pressure to buy. He made me feel very at ease and even assisted me by giving additional information on insurance options and options on the vehicle. I highly recommend Peter to those looking for a new or used vehicle. It was well worth the drive from Brooklyn, NY.

Peter Capriotti was very helpful and respectful. I asked questions and he answered them, knowing exactly what I was looking for. He also helped us with the insurance process. He made sure we were comfortable with the car. I would recommend him.
