They never want to use the warranty when it should be use. Always trying to scam and fraud the client. Stated couldn’t do the seatbelt recall for months because it’s based on vin. Reality was they already took payment for it and didn’t want to install it. They only installed it because they hit my car. They fixed the dent and not the sensor. Today was the last straw and happy to never ever return as every interaction was a nightmare with them. We have a Honda, Toyota and Mercedes and no other service acts like them. More
