Pete made it very personal. He was non threatening and didn't push the deal on me. Peter was on vacation when we were to pick up the car, so Jim stepped in and did a great job giving us an overview of the car's operation. The car's price was within our budget, but the monthly payment options surprised us because apparently there was a misunderstanding about incentives and interest rates when we were negotiationg the car price. We expected it to be .9% with the incentives we received, but it actually was 2.9%. Otherwise, we were pleased with the car and the service we received. It was also nice to have the gas tank filled when we picked it up. More

I typically don't like dealing with sales people at all but Pete has earned my trust and changed my perspective. The finance consultant, Mike, was fantastic! He also made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during the whole experience. He was very personable and friendly and thorough explaining all the details of my purchase. He was very "real" and not just somebody who had a job to do. You could tell he loves what he does and he does it very well. He is definitely an asset to your company. The facility had a very comfortable and homey feel to it, I loved the tour and explanation about the antiques and the waiting room, which I never did get to sit in, had a feel like you were visiting with family.
