He was very enjoyable to work with, responsive, and what he didn't know, he would find out quickly. That being said, for just starting, he knew a lot about the vehicle. Clayton his manager was very outgoing, and a pleasure to speak with as well. The manager Josh Rose helped me locate the vehicle I wanted, and was integral in working out the details, and a great deal where I felt I was getting the best possible price without having to scour the internet too much. He made the purchase an easy and enjoyable transaction. Jim from finance was also very knowledgeable and made the rest a breeze, including working through the warranty packages. Horrible Cuatomer Service and Finance Department I cancelled warranties over a month ago and I’m still waiting for the check to post at my bank. Told me two weeks ago it was in the mail. Then a week I cancelled warranties over a month ago and I’m still waiting for the check to post at my bank. Told me two weeks ago it was in the mail. Then a week later said it was over nighted to the bank and now one week later it still hasn’t been paid. Called the general manager twice after he told me on a google review to call him. No call back. I’m so frustrated with my entire experience I have been telling everyone how horrible this has been. More

If it wasn't for him and his persistence, I would not have considered them over the 2 other dealerships within 10 minutes from me (they are over 45 min drive but WELL worth it.) A True Asset to the team and how every employee should try to be in that business. Will be back for next vehicle and Wilde has attained a lifelong customer from here on out. More
