Hi Maryanne. As I have mentioned through the years... We are not deleting any of your reviews. Review sites themselves have algorithms to determine what content is valid and what seems to not be relevant. I assure you if any of your content is missing this would be the only reason why. We most definitely encourage our guests to read all reviews positive, negative , and in between. Thankfully our loyal clients have the ability to read everything about our company and make the decision to business with us with confidence. As I have mentioned in responses, emails, phone calls, etc we are more than happy to discuss a way to get you out of your vehicle. I felt this was the best solution from the beginning and still feel it to be true today. This way you can find a brand and dealership you feel more comfortable with and can hopefully gain some peace of mind that we all so desperately want for you. You just cannot tell the truth can you. Everyone can google for themselves how difficult it is to get a google review deleted, it does not happen by algorithm. It has to be reported and a process to get it removed, or they paid to have it removed by a company, only way it happens. Shady. Especially a review that has already been posted and responded to, and two reviews at once, my husband’s review for calling you out deleting the review the first time. Dishonest again. But I can understand why you wouldn’t want people to know what you did. This review is not for your loyal clients who you obviously haven’t slandered and treated like a liar like you did to me. The review is for anyone who is remotely considering buying anything from you with the practices your dealership participates in that I can not only describe but can show anyone. Its not my word against yours, Let me show everyone how you really treated us and what you did from day one. Its simply not the story you are telling. And your responses to any of my reviews are not the whole truth, self serving, and I will add your irrelevant comments to my actual review and are just for the BENEFIT of someone else, someone else needs help hiding what they did too. That story will eventually come out as well . Mr, Spina, why don’t you address what I state in my reviews instead of your irrelevant response. You are a coward. These are the facts of my experience with Lincoln of Wayne. This dealership did not create service records for repairs, actually denied I was in for a service visit at all(I can prove otherwise), picked my car up at my home on several occasions to complete more repairs without service records, then refused to create them. They denied for a year there was a record of warranty work on my car. When I obtained it from a reputable dealership I discovered all the hidden repairs. Everyone can figure that one out and the reason why for themselves. They engaged in a repeated pattern of blaming me for every problem with the car. They lied about evaluating my car for a SAFETY issue without regard for my family's well being -then told me everything was fine no matter what evidence and common sense I presented to them. Then they were going to take the car back (only after selling me another car at MY cost and longer payment not what he says) then sell that car back to someone else as a CPO knowing it had problems, hiding the repair records, and not having evaluated it for safety. Everyone needs to know this not just your loyal clients but anyone buying a car. The last thing I will add, and there are so many more things to tell about this dealership and my experience, is the truly heinous act. For months they looked me in the eye and promised they were doing all they could to help. First they sent a false report to Lincoln about the car behind my back to make me look like a liar. Then the ultimate, for months I kept getting strange voicemails and emails saying I was starting my car remotely at weird times which I knew at the time was impossible. Then I get an email after they broke my car in service fixing something else, denied it, then slandered me by stating I tried to hurt their technicians on purpose by starting the car. Let me add I can unequivocally prove they lied about this. Ask them to show you I remote started the car EVER when they were working on it, there's evidence of this (sending a command -or not - to remote start) Everything is traceable Lincoln of Wayne did you think of this before you premeditated to slander me? While you pretended to help me. WOW. Who slanders a customer and of all things and says they tried to hurt someone? It was premeditated for months too you can see it and hear it, all the while they looked me in the eye and pretended to be helping me. Again, WOW. And now they are actively hiding it. Everyone needs to know what they are capable of before deciding to take the chance with their loved ones. I urge everyone to seek the other reviews and see what they are hiding.
