We had a bit of an hiccup when I purchased a pre-owned certified CRV that did not have a feature that was supposed to be on a 2023 CRV. It was on the vehicle I test drove. ( a holdover isssue from Covid certified CRV that did not have a feature that was supposed to be on a 2023 CRV. It was on the vehicle I test drove. ( a holdover isssue from Covid manufacturing problems, So is this a Hyannis Honda issue or a Honda America problem?) But Hyannis Honda owned up to this error, and fully refunded the price of the pre-owned car. And because a similar pre-owned vehicle was not available, I ended up purchasing a new CRV EX L. I figured if I was going to buy a new 2026 CRV, I might as well have all of the features of the EX L. The bottom line is this: I planned to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle, but ended up with a new car, hmmmm. Mike and Peter patiently walked me thorough this entier process. I am fine with the outcome. The 2026 CRV X L offers a lot of value for the price paid. More

At the pickup they attempted to sell an extended warranty for $1500 more than you could buy it from the same dealer online. They pray on the less informed buyer here. More
