Sometimes market conditions and vehicle discounts don't match customer expectations, but we do work hard for our customers and I'm glad we could come to an agreement. Peter should have brought your keys back to you after the appraisal, if he forgot please accept our apology and understand that it was not intentional. You bought a beautiful car and we are all here to make sure it serves you well.

It wasn’t Peter that was playing games it was his manager. The experience was fine until Tony got involved the process. With him it quickly devolved into the typical bad car purchasing experience that was more typical in the 90’s than it is today. We tried many other cars are a few local dealers and the experience there was the worst. You simply had the car we wanted. If we lived off cape where there are more dealer choices we would have left. Further, when we went to pickup the car, attempting to upsell an extended maintenance contract at twice of what your company sells them for on the internet is simply unethical. As I said, maybe you can make a few extra dollars praying on the uninformed, but those things will come back to haunt you.
