Great Sales, Service, Offers I made an inquiry online and Ace responded very quickly and was very easy to talk to, gave me confidence in Schomp right off the bat. He was very consultative and asked great questions to discover what car was best for me. Ace was influential without being pushy and I was confident (for once) in a good buying experience as I came in to the showroom to meet Ace and look at BMW's. I was greeted quickly and impressed with the physical setup of the dealership, felt great to be back in a high end > service oriented dealership. Ace gave some great recommendations and actually steered me away from my original car due to limitations I wasn't aware of (no rails on the top of car for crossbars/rack). The ultimate savings deal got me from looking at cars to buying a car on the spot. Phil downstairs was great in orienting me to the car and the "unveiling" was a nice touch. BMW offers were a huge part of me pulling the trigger so thank you to the dealer / BMW for those great incentives. My only feedback was that after I said lets buy this thing it took up to 2 hours to still complete the purchase. I know you were busy and I didn't mind but overall it dragged on a bit as Ace ran around to pull resources and get the car ready for me. I wouldn't have purchased without Ace, he was integral to the sale. Big thanks and I'll proudly keep my Schomp plate holders and advertise your dealer around town. Thanks for a great experience and I'm very happy / proud to be back driving a BMW after a 10 year hiatus! Cheers, Tom More

It was very straight forward.....,Here is our inventory, review it to find some choices that may suit your needs. The prices are listed are the real prices. Test drive the vehicles you are interested in boom get a valuation of your trade in and that is the deal. Black and white no smoke and mirrors no added on fees no surprises except that you will be surprised how honest and fair the whole process is. I made my first contact with Connor Hanlon. I told him what i was interested in. He came up with some great possibilities for me. I wasn’t quite ready to make my deal i was talking to a few other dealerships. Connor put no pressure on me. He quietly sent me texts with some new inventory he thought might suit me no pressure just information. When i was ready to get serious i made an appointment. I went on the website printed out some options i really liked. I showed up with my research and Connor had some selections too. Funny enough he picked the same vehicles as i did. We talked about the cars and how they did business making sure i was comfortable it was refreshing no push no games just good straightforward information. I picked one of the vehicles we had selected in common loved it said let’s make a deal. The deal part consisted of the value of my trade in. They valued it right about what i was hoping for i couldn’t believe how easy and fair it all was. I walked in at 10:00 AM about 2 hours later i drove away in my new BMW. I had it looked it got a good review of the vehicle. I have never been so happy or comfortable buying a car in my life. With out giving my age i fo want you to know that is decades of buying cars new and used . Dealing with Connor Hanlon was by far the best experience i have ever had. Looking for an affordable luxury vehicle ? Well look no farther you won’t go wrong shopping at Ralph Schomp. Ask for Connor Hanlon he is s great guy who is there to help you find the car you are looking for. No “BS” just business the way you hope it will be done.
