A few months ago, I saw one of these beasts in the wild and fell in love. Apparently, the Kia sportage is designed after my soul, because I used to own a Kia sportage, and I loved it while I had it. After several months of randomly seeing THIS exact model/color and loving it more every time- I decided to look into it and track one down at a dealership. I wanted to sit in one, drive it and see if I was romanticizing this, or if it was worth considering… The only dealership in the state that had the color I was looking for was so far away that it didn’t even come up in my first search… once I expanded my search, @premierkiact in Branford popped up. So… off to Branford I went. I walked in and explained that I did not need a new car, I simply just like the sportage and think I might want one- but I’d only do it if they could meet me where I wanted to be with payments…I wasn’t sure if it was even possible. I brought the kids with me because they’re really into cars lately. I also knew it’d keep me from being impulsive and buying a car…as soon as they got into it I knew they’d be no help at all in the impulsivity department. They loved it. I loved it. A lot, like… was waaaay more impressed than I expected to be. The kid that got stuck with us (Cristopher) was such an awesome human to work with. Like the kind of human that I want all of you to go buy your next car from (him specifically) anyway, solid kid; young,super polite, and soooo awesome to my kids the entire time. The sales manager (Mario) was also very kind and accommodating: the guy worked his tail off to get the numbers where I wanted to see them. He kept good on his word. Did the EXACT number we agreed on and I was super happy… so of course, I got the freakin car. This was better than a great experience. I was able to show my kids how a proper business deal is done. It was such a positive life experience for them that I am extra grateful for the opportunity. This set the tone for them for the rest of their lives when it comes to making a car (or large) purchase. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of individuals to demonstrate a professional transaction to my 7 & 9 year old boys. Thanks again Mario, Phil and especially Cristopher! You were all a pleasure to work with. I will certainly be sharing my experience in several places. These guys deserve it! More

We had a great experience with Tyler as our sales associate! He did a great job informing us and letting us take our time to decide on which car we wanted. He was very informative and patient! Going through options and pricing was straight forward, and I didn't feel pressured to buy more than I needed. I had a great experience with Premier Kia. They kept me in the loop with what was going on and I didn't feel pressured to buy more than I needed. I had a great experience with Premier Kia. They kept me in the loop with what was going on with registering the vehicle (there were issues with my specific insurance that required it to be registered in person), and they managed to get everything taken care of quicker than they were expecting. More
