Horrible experience with sunrise. Ryan L was an extremely unprofessional and completely lied about everything. Still have cracks in windshield never received any of my Ford credit points it took me over three weeks to get a key a spare key for my Ford transit still haven’t received my complementary oil change just a complete nightmare my sales guy was a complete joke it took me over 72 text messages back-and-forth to him and over 86 phone calls to receive a manager to discuss my situation with anybody and still to this day I have never spoke to a manager I spoke to a gentleman named Charles that worked in service completely upset with sunrise Ford this is the worst place I’ve ever had an experience buying a vehicle More

It was clean and well staffed. Our salesperson seemed inexperienced and was not forthcoming with all information. The manager that helped with the deal was cocky to deal with.
