Just what I needed! I came into Plaza Honda with the intent of purchasing a new car but I came out building a trust with Mr. Hinds that went passed sale. He did well above the task of getting the car I wanted and made me feel assured that this was the best fit for me and I can honestly say I love my 2018 sedan a lot. When I came to the manager he told me that this is Damage waiver and I will benefit from it at the end of the lease:):):)!!!! Guess what happened??? “ Oh that is a maintenance package so we can’t give you the money back!!!” The name of that honest guy is Phil!!!! So if you want a great deal go to him!!! More

Ethical practices are questionable I had the unfortunate experience of changing over my lease with this dealership. I had a very good experience 3 years ago but this time has been one disappointment after the next. I spent 2 days getting my new lease and in no way had to do as much haggling last time as I did this time, just to get into the finance portion during the final hour and do it all over again. Now, here I am only 3 months later and the car is giving me issues in which no one is concerned about seeing the car has left the lot. I am utterly disappointed in the lack of concern expressed by Plaza Honda Service department. I was experiencing an issue with a brand new lease I acquired 3 months ago and they did nothing. My car began malfunctioning while driving to Connecticut from New York on 5/14/18. I phoned plaza Honda around 10 am and after being transferred several time was told there was nothing they could do to accommodate me until the car was diagnosed which was understandable. I then had roadside assistance pick up the vehicle because at this point my 3-month-old car was not safe to drive. I was told by Honda roadside assistance that the dealership would call me once they received the car. This phone call took place around 11 am. At 4 pm I decided to call the dealership and inquire about the status of my car and was told that the tow truck company should notify me when the car arrives. I then call the tow company who says they have already delivered the vehicle and proceed to call the dealership again. No one at the dealership thought it was important to call me and give me any type of update regarding my car let alone that it even arrived. Now a technician calls me back shortly after they locate my vehicle to tell me that it is too late in the day and will have to be looked at in the morning. I have been dealing with this issue since 10 am and at 5:30 pm have not heard from anyone at the dealership about the status of my car nor have I been able to speak to the manager (Mr. Anthony Lopez) after several attempts. I inquired about receiving a loner car so that I could complete my work in Connecticut but have been told that is up to the manager's discretion to allow that, however, I am unable to even reach a manager and will have to spend money to rent a car from my own pocket. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership altogether. More

Getting a new car This was my second car that I decided to buy at Plaza Honda. I came in advance to to talk to the sale representative and manager. The car was delivere This was my second car that I decided to buy at Plaza Honda. I came in advance to to talk to the sale representative and manager. The car was delivered as agreed. The sales department did a good job. Phil and Anthony prepared all the paperwork, and financial department representative went with me over all the documents. I was ready to get a new car and start enjoying it. The negative experience came from the service department, I wanted some accessories to be installed on a new car and I was told it will take 1.5 hours, but instead I spend 7 hours waiting for the car to be ready. The mood was down after such a long waiting period, and I did not see any reason why a client has to struggle sitting at the dealership for a whole day. The car was there, the parts were there, but not the job to install them. My car was passed in line by other cars with "first" priority. More
