We added an extended warranty. I was led to believe that the warranty was 3 yrs 36k miles from the end of the factory cpo warranty period. It was not and went into effect from the date / milage at time of purchase so I received significantly less coverage than I expected. Not only that, the fidelity plan they peddle is garbage and nearly impossible to make a claim against. It was sold as the same bumper to bumper coverage as the cpo warranty but it is not. The car buying experience was fine but I feel their inferior extended warranty plan was misrepresentated by the finance man at the time of purchase. Buyer Beware. More

Tony, Goose and the whole dealership I worked with Tony and Goose. I really don't know what to say about how well they treated me. Maybe the fact I bought 2 brand new cars from them in a I worked with Tony and Goose. I really don't know what to say about how well they treated me. Easy Choice After visiting several dealerships to buy a Silverado 2500HD, I had stopped at Haggerty to look at one of their vehicles. Although it was not necessar After visiting several dealerships to buy a Silverado 2500HD, I had stopped at Haggerty to look at one of their vehicles. Although it was not necessarily the truck I wanted Joe wrote up a quote which was easy to understand and had no hidden fees. The way Joe went about his business made me comfortable enough to let him shop for the truck I wanted. I ended up buying one of the trucks that I looked at one of the previous Chevrolet dealers. Apparently they didn't want my business as much as Joe did. I will recommend Joe to anyone interested in buying from the Haggerty group. More

Joe D makes this dealership work Went in to find a silverado during the last week of 2014. Very simple request no black or white and with heated seats. One minute later Dealership had Went in to find a silverado during the last week of 2014. Very simple request no black or white and with heated seats. One minute later Dealership had searched vehicle selection and I was out the door test driving the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Take a long test drive. make sure it is what you want. I came back and Joe was willing to take the time to answer questions and make the deal. No games, no stories. Joe had the GM parts in stock and willing to install without issue or hassle. Really great people and decent shop to work with. More
