Initiated the process with Brian Galloway, who answered any and all questions via e mail or phone calls prior to me going to the dealership. Last Thurs. I metBrian at the dealership and he promptly had vehicles ready for me to look at. He was diligent in pointing things out in terms of the features. We took one for a testdrive and he again asked me questions to fully understand what I was looking for. My main concern at this point was to explain things to my wife who was not with me. Brian had pricing detail as well and fully explained. On friday I went in with my wife and Brian was off so we worked with Phil Parker(handoff was great between Brian and Phil) Phil once again expalind the diferent features and pricing to my wife and I. All the time during my visits Tom Kastadi the General Sales manager was insuring that our questions were being answered and took the time to talk t us to make sure. It is very apparent to us that customer service is of utmost importance. We were comfortable with the pricing as we thought it was very fair. The explainations of the features was great and they made us feel very comfortable and thatthe number one goal was to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The friday evening visit was rainy, they even brougt vehicles inside for us to look at.

This would be our second car we have purchased from Phil Parker at Village Buick GMC and we are very pleased. This time we actually went to purchase a used vehicle, were shown many used vehicles but decided, ON OUR OWN - NO PRESSURE, to purchase a new 2011 GMC Terrain. The price and features that the vehicle had were too enticing to pass up and go with a used vehicle. We will be sure to return the next time we are in the market for a vehicle and we would recommend this dealer and especially Phil Parker.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased in less then a year from this dealership. We have purchased one used and one new vehicle. Phil Parker made the buying process easy. We have had no issues with the used vehicle purchase. He is honest and upfront about everything. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful.

I was referred in by a neighbor to Phil Parker and he was great. I bought my Sierra pick-up had custom leather installed and it came out perfect! Couldn't be happier. Phil even found an extra rebate for me because I own a business. I will buy again from Phil and this dealer!

My husband and I are very pleased with the outcome of our recent visit to Village Buick/GMC. We were in the market for a larger sedan and had been considering trading our mid-size luxury vehicle. Thanks to Phil Parker and his expertise knowledge of the Lacrosse, seeing all of its functionality and test driving it....we were sold. We felt extremely at ease in the buying process and working with Phil and will recommend him and Village Buick/GMC to all of our friends.

This is our first Buick and we are VERY impressed so far with vehicles technology package, style, comfort, performance, size and overall price. We had been exploring luxury vehicles in this class and were most impressed with the Buick.

Great buying experience, Phil is a pro. He made the car buying experience easy and as efficient as possible...couldn't be happier. I had several choices, and Phil helped me nail down the appropriate options quickly, gave me a couple of chances to test drive, and put together a very competitive lease.
