I took my car to be repaired for an oil leak/burn. when I went to pick up my car the A/C was not working but it worked fine when I dropped the car off. I didn't remove the car from the dealership, and when I went to pick up my car the A/C was not working but it worked fine when I dropped the car off. I didn't remove the car from the dealership, and I was told that it wasn't their fault and I have to pay a new Warranty deductible because they closed the work-order in their computer. I got the car back a few days later and it has been running badly since. I seemly like the motor timing is off or that it is mis-firing. I am going to have it checked by another mechanic before I bring it back the dealership. More

Sold a car in “great mechanical condition” but failed to disclose the major problems with the car.car wasn’t “ready” at agreed upon pick up date, and the mechanic kept “finding” new issues that caused the d disclose the major problems with the car.car wasn’t “ready” at agreed upon pick up date, and the mechanic kept “finding” new issues that caused the delay in purchase. I requested to have my own mechanic lol a the car and was assured several times the car was inspected and was in great condition. After purchase my mechanic do a check and found upwards of $5000 worth of work including steering components and multiple axels. Would not have purchased had I been made aware prior to purchase and of course they are denying any fault . Would not shop here again if my life depended on it. More

Get it in writing - I bought a Hyundai Ioniq 5 and was told I’d get a power charge converter so I could charge at Tesla chargers - never got it and they want over $400. Also, there’s a 12v battery that doesn’t get charged and is a known problem but the people at Gregory just want me to keep buying new ones. More

This is my first time servicing my car here at Gregory. Fortunately, it was a great experience. The new service manager is fantastic and made life simple for me. In regards to my experience it was painless, I was informed that there would be a diagnostic fee of 240 used to diagnose the issue if it was not under warranty. However, if it was under warranty, that would not be paid to them and if it wasn’t that 240 would be applied to the repair should I repair it there. Overall great experience. More

Gregory Hyundai is exceptional! !! My 2020 Palisade needed an engine replacement due to sever oil consumption. Hyundai honored their commitment to their TSB for this problem that was !! My 2020 Palisade needed an engine replacement due to sever oil consumption. Hyundai honored their commitment to their TSB for this problem that was verified for failure. Kandace and the service tech's ensured my satisfaction and resolve the problem in an unheard of 24 hours from the service appointment. No longer do I hear the rattle when I pull off nor see the oil dip stick black in color after an oil change. This a unique dealership that stands out from the rest!!! More
