My salesman Phillip Nguyen is phenomenal! I hope BMW truly values him because he pours himself into making sure his clients are pleased and taken care of from start to finish with true sincer I hope BMW truly values him because he pours himself into making sure his clients are pleased and taken care of from start to finish with true sincerity and honesty. This is the second time I have worked with him and the finance team member. They give that BMW logo definition and uphold the class it represents. Both are incredible gentleman and management did an outstanding job as well. I wish I could remember all 3 managers names including the beautiful African American woman who I have worked with for years. At the end of the day, for me; it's the personal experience that makes BMW my car of choice. More

Our sales contact (Phillip) was really good, patient and communicative, but other than that the service was average overall. The financial team makes you wait for too long and seems very uninterested in pre communicative, but other than that the service was average overall.
